Gloss concerns a judgment, which is another opinion on the charging so called self-fees fees, i.e. charging payments other than the margin for taking goods to disposal typed in article. 15 paragraph. 1 point 4 ASUC, as an act of unfair competition.
Changes in civil procedure from May 2012
Change, which is the most important and concerning the practice of everyone, who will be a demand and not a defendant in a civil case, is that the courts may (but need not), enter in any proceedings, regardless of a subject, high rigor evidence.
