What can be distributed on the division of joint property after a divorce or formation of separate estates
All assets:
1. real estate;
2. movables (flat and house equipment/ cars, etc.);
3. payment for work and incomes from another financial activitiy of each spouse;
4. income from joint property, as well as the personal property of each spouse;
5. the funds on the account opened or employee pension fund of each spouse.
In proceedings for the division of joint property after the termination of property community between spouses, the court decides on the request to determine unequal shares of the spouses in the joint property, and on what costs, expenditures and other benefits from the joint property for personal property or vice versa are recoverable.
NOTE: in the proceedings for the division of property court does not share DEBTS, including loans. You have to settle it themselves. Taking credit for one of the spouses demands additional approval from a bank.
